TraiNeTea+: Inklusive Bildung und europäische Vernetzung für Diversität in der Erwachsenenbildung

Background

CJD Nord operates daycare centers, schools and residential care facilities for children and young people in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg. Proven structures, methods and approaches for the inclusive education of people with disabilities, people with a migration background and target groups with special needs are to be sustainably integrated into the work processes and organizational structures of CJD Nord.

To this end, the CJD Nord CJD Nord aims to familiarize its professionals with both proven and innovative inclusion strategies  as well as practice-oriented work aids from European partner organizations in Finland, Austria and Sweden. Competence development within CJD Nord is to be promoted by adopting best practice examples from leading countries in the field of inclusion in order to gradually develop binding standards and further develop the content of existing services.

Hintergrund

Das CJD Nord betreibt in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern,  Schleswig-Holstein und Hamburg Kindertagesstätten, Schulen sowie Einrichtungen des betreuten Wohnens für Kinder und Jugendliche. Bewährte Strukturen, Methoden und Ansätze zur inklusiven Bildung von Menschen mit Behinderung, Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund sowie Zielgruppen mit besonderen Bedürfnissen sollen nachhaltig in die Arbeitsprozesse und Organisationsstrukturen des CJD Nord integriert werden.

Zu diesem Zweck möchte das CJD Nord seine Fachkräfte mit bewährten und innovativen Inklusionsstrategien sowie praxisorientierten Arbeitshilfen europäischer Partnerorganisationen aus Finnland, Österreich und Schweden vertraut machen. Der Kompetenzaufbau innerhalb des CJD Nord soll durch die Übernahme von Best-Practice-Beispielen aus führenden Ländern im Bereich Inklusion gefördert werden, um schrittweise verbindliche Standards zu entwickeln und bestehende Angebote inhaltlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Project Objectives

In the long term, CJD Nord aims to establish a long-term European learning partnership that ensures the continuous transfer of innovative inclusion approaches. The knowledge gained from Finland, Austria and Sweden through job shadowing, training programs and professional exchanges will be systematically processed and integrated into CJD Nord's own training and qualification programs. The aim is to develop employees into multipliers of knowledge and innovation who will bring new impetus to educational work and contribute to the qualitative development of inclusive structures. The concepts and methods developed will then be made available to all network partners.

In addition, international cooperation also promotes intercultural skills and a deeper understanding of diversity and participation. The combination of specialist input and practical application creates a European understanding of inclusion that transcends national borders. This not only strengthens the quality of inclusive education at CJD Nord, but also ensures its sustainable integration into organizational practices.

Projektziele

Langfristig strebt das CJD Nord den Aufbau einer tragfähigen europäischen Lernpartnerschaft an, die den kontinuierlichen Transfer innovativer Inklusionsansätze sichert. Die im Rahmen von Hospitationen, Trainings und Fachaustausch gewonnenen Erkenntnisse aus Finnland, Österreich und Schweden werden gezielt aufgearbeitet und in die eigenen Fortbildungs- und Qualifizierungsangebote integriert. Ziel ist es, Mitarbeitende zu Multiplikatorinnen und Multiplikatoren weiterzuentwickeln, die neue Impulse in die Bildungsarbeit tragen und zur qualitativen Weiterentwicklung inklusiver Strukturen beitragen. Die erarbeiteten Konzepte und Methoden sollen anschließend allen Netzwerkpartnern zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Darüber hinaus fördert die internationale Zusammenarbeit auch interkulturelle Kompetenzen und ein vertieftes Verständnis für Vielfalt und Teilhabe. Durch die Verbindung von fachlichem Input und praktischer Anwendung entsteht ein europäisches Verständnis von Inklusion, das über nationale Grenzen hinauswirkt. So wird die inklusive Bildung im CJD Nord nicht nur qualitativ gestärkt, sondern auch nachhaltig im organisatorischen Handeln verankert.
