Academic education
Germany’s largest private school provider
The CJD runs 40 schools in Germany – and is thereby Germany’s largest private school provider. In March 2014, 13,025 pupils were taught by 1,357 teachers at 30 locations in 11 German states.
The schools fall under nine categories of schools, from technical schools through special schools to academic secondary schools. This type of school, with around 6,000 pupils, is the largest in the CJD.
Moreover, the CJD works in the following educational fields: the support of intellectually gifted pupils, top athletes as well as pupils limited by disabilities, work with children and youth with disabilities, work with pupils with partial performance disorders and pupils with 'underachiever’ symptoms.
